KATHUA, July 5: A police team of Police Post (PP) Ramkot under the supervision of incharge PP Ramkot Inspector, Gurvinder Singh during naka checking duty in its jurisdictional area noticed one truck bearing Registration Number JK08B-8665 which was stopped for checking.
On thoroughly checking police team seized illegal firewood from the possession of contractor namely Chaman Lal son of Shallo Ram of Hardoleyan tehsil and district Samba. The police informed Forest Department to take further legal course of action in the matter.
