DODA, Feb 24: Police here today has traced out and reunited two missing persons with their families.
Missing reports in this regard were lodged at Police Station Gandoh and Police Station Doda.
Official sources said that a missing report regarding a lady Nasima Banoo, daughter of Juman Ali, resident of Chilly, Gandoh was entered at Police Station Gandoh on February 13, 2025.
Similarly, missing report regarding a boy Aqib Hussain, son of Ashiq Hussain, resident of Roti Paderna was entered at Police Station Doda on February 19, 2025.
On the direction of SSP Doda, Sandeep Mehta teams of Police Officials were constituted from both the Police Stations under the supervision of SHOs concerned for thorough investigation.
After hectic efforts the Police team traced out the missing lady from Malat Mukyas and re-united her with her family.
Similarly, the missing boy was also traced out and reunited safely with his family and both the missing reports were closed.
