JAMMU : The voting for the 3rd phase of J&K Assembly Elections-2014 has commenced in 16 constituencies spread across the districts of Baramulla, Budgam and Pulwama, in the valley.
Despite cold, voting has gradually picked up with people seen in large numbers outside polling stations.
