JAMMU, Nov 9: LG Electronics today organized Malika-e-Kitchen Season -5 State round in Spice Food Court here.
Nidhi Kotwal Nutrition Incharge of Parade College for Women and Mr Nirmal Head chef of Moti Mahal were the judges on the occasion. The contestants came up with various dishes but Pooja Gupta’s roosted chicken stood apart and won the first prize followed by Shivani and Rekha.
On the occasion, Deepak Likhy Branch Manger, LG Electronics Jammu explained about various functions of LG Microwave oven. He guided the contestants that how to prepare for next rounds.
Speaking on the occasion Nidhi Kotwal threw light that how nutrition can be added to the diets and about the importance of balanced diet. It was followed by garnishing tips from Head Chef Mr Nirmal.
