POONCH, June 10: Dr Shahzad Ahmed Malik, hailing from a small village in Mendhar teshil of district Poonch, has brought laurels to this remote and border area of State by becoming the youngest Vice Chancellor of a University in the country.
Hailing from Kasblari village in Mankote area of Poonch, Dr Malik has been appointed as VC of Sai Nath University, Agra (UP). A Ph.D from Ch Charan Singh University (UP), Dr Malik joined prestigious Sai Nath Group of Education as Director in 2006. He took over as the founder Vice Chancellor of this University.
