Srinagar, Oct 1: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has once again come under severe criticism from its subscribers who have complained of poor mobile and broadband internet services since Wednesday.
The subscribers which also include journalists told Excelsior that there has been significant decrease in the internet which speed of BSNL. They said that not only broadband has been hit but also mobile internet which is also not functioning properly.
The subscribers said that since floods of 2014, the BSNL internet has been a cause of irritation for them as they say most times it doesn’t function properly. “There is no constant speed of internet. We pay bills accurately but in return the service is zero,” the subscribers said.
Due to poor internet services, many BSNL subscribers have switched over to other service-providers for better internet services.
