JAMMU, Mar 31: Consequent upon the Administrative Council decision, Government today accorded sanction to the creation of one post of Additional Director in the Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K.
The post of Additional Director, in the Pay Level-13, shall be filled up on deputation basis from amongst the officers holding equivalent Pay Level in IAS/IPS/KAS.
Further, the appointment of the Director ACB shall be governed by the Jammu and Kashmir Vigilance Organization (Gazette) Service Recruitment (Qualification and eligibility) rules, 2009, providing that the Director ACB shall be an officer from IAS/IPS on tenure basis, not below the rank of Commissioner Secretary to the Government/ Inspector General of Police, reads the Government order in this regard.
