JAMMU, June 3: Chief Post Master General J&K, John Samuel today said that the Department has taken many steps to redress the problems of the employees and pensioners in the State.
Talking to a delegation of pensioners here he said that the Department has taken all steps for their welfare. He said one day free medical check up camp for the Postal employee, pensioners and their family members will be held here on June 9 from 9am to 1pm in which special doctors from Gandhi Nagar Hospital and Directorate J&K Health Services Jammu will give free consultations to the patients attending the camp.
He said the ENT specialists, child specialists, orthopedic specialist and other doctors will examine the patients. Besides the eye check, the medicines will also be provided at Postal dispensary Jammu and free blood sugar and blood grouping of all patients will be conducted.
Dr S K Gupta Chief Medical Officer Postal Dispensary Jammu was also present in the meeting.
