Poswal urges PM to allow Tringa rally

NEW DELHI, Aug 9: Eshfaq Ur Rehman Poswal, BJP leader has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to allow him to carry out Tringa rally from Line of Control in J&K to summer capital (Lal Chowk) in Srinagar, today. Poswal wrote a detailed letter to Prime Minister apprising him of prevailing situation in Kashmir.
Curfew should be lifted in some areas which have witnessed improvement in ground situation and schools and other educational institutions should be thrown open so that education of children does not suffer anymore, he asserted.
BJP leader also sought relief compensation for people including women and children who were not part of anti-India demonstration but were killed or injured in security forces firing in many areas.
Poswal said that the conduct of Tringa rally in Kashmir province will give a befitting response to Pakistan that has been sponsoring terrorism in conflict hit Kashmir and luring youth of the region towards violence and terrorism.
