JAMMU, Apr 5: Seeking amnesty in power consumption dues for the residents and farmers of border villages of Chamb and Khour block, National Conference leader, Devi Dyal Jogi has demanded roll back of the electricity bills for the residents of border and Actual Line of Control.
He said that amnesty was required because the people of border areas have suffered a lot because of cross-border firing in last 73 years and lack of jobs for the youth there.
In a handout Jogi also demanded jobs and proper educational facilities in border areas.
