JAMMU, Mar 20: The Government today extended the amnesty scheme for electricity consumers which was approved by the Administrative Council few days back.
Last date for depositing of first installment has been extended up to April 10 instead of March 31 while last date for depositing the second installment now will be May 10 as against April 30.
Last date for depositing third installment now has been fixed as June 10 instead of May 31.
Other terms and conditions of the amnesty scheme will remain the same, an order issued today by M Raju, Secretary, Power Development Department, said.
