JAMMU, Dec 23: Power Grid Corporation (A Government of India Enterprise), Northern Region Transmission System-II Jammu today organized a workshop on Preventive Vigilance for Junior Engineer/ Supervisors.
Vimal Koul, Chief Manger HR, invited Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain, State Yoga Commissioner & State Chairman Indian Yoga Association to deliver a lecture on moral, ethical & spiritual values.
Dr. Jain explained in details the need of morality in day-to-day life.
He said that the essence of all religious books is to know who we are.
Dr. Jain also said that 10 symptoms of religion are Uttam Kshhma (forgiveness), Uttam Mardav (not to be arrogant), Uttam Arjva (simplicity), Uttam Satya (truth), Uttam Sauch (cleanliness), Uttam Sanyam (control on our senses), Uttam Tapa (tenacity), Uttam Tyag (sacrifice), Uttam Aakinchan (drawing from outside to inward) and Uttam Brahmcharya (celibacy).
Dr. Jain was felicitated by Dharmender Madan, Chief Vigilance Officer from Corporate Gurgaon, Vinod Baxla, General Manager JK Unit, Abhay Kumar, CGM Assistant Management and Anil Shawney, CGM Projects, JK UT.
Vimal Koul, CM HR conducted proceedings of the programme and presented vote of thanks.
Mohinder Rana, president Padar Welfare Front and Yash Pal Sharma, Co-Convenor International Naturopathy Organization, Life Coach & Certified Yoga trainer also graced the occasion by their presence.
Swami Vijeshananda, I/C Medical Unit Rama Krishna Mission was another speaker on the subject.
