JAMMU, Sept 9: In order to carry out preventive maintenance by way of rectification of hotspots including tightening and repair/replacement of worn out jumpers, droppers and clamps etc of 220KV, 132 KV and 66 KV bays along with replacement of damaged 66 KV PT of Bus-coupler, the power supply to Kathua, Hiranagar, Samba, Bishnah, Billawar, Mahanpur and adjoining areas including Bari Brahmana Industrial areas fed from 320MVA, 220/132/66 KV Grid Station Hiranagar will remain affected on September 10 from 07 am to 01 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out various development works under R-APDRP, the power supply to Ashok Nagar, Bhagwati Nagar, Pooran Nagar, Vikash Lane, Rama Lane, NITCO Lane and adjoining areas fed from C-07 feeder will remain affected on September 10 to 30 from 09 am to 05 pm (4 hrs power block on alternate DTs).
