JAMMU, June 22: A meeting of Provincial Power Employees Union (PPEU), Jammu Province, was here today here at Rotary Bhawan, Gandhi Nagar, wherein the burning demands of the employees were discussed.
The demands that were discussed in the meeting included conducting DPC of all categories of employees, regularization of daily wagers, implementation of SRO-149 for ITI and non-ITI employees and implementation of SRO-59.
Those who attended the meeting were Shakti Gupta, chairman of the Association, Sanjeev Bali, president, Azaz Qazmi, general secretary, Deep Mehra, organizing secretary, Ram Lal, senior vice-president, Manjeet Singh, district president, Jammu, Rajeev Sharma, president, Division Gandhi Nagar and Subhash Sharma, president, Division-I Parade.
