JAMMU, Aug 29: Provincial Power Employees Union (PPEU) held a meeting under the presidentship of its Chairman Shakti Gupta, and discussed various issues of the employees.
While speaking, Shakti Gupta appealed the concerned authority to publish the final seniority list of all cadres before issuance of any promotion order in favour of the undue seekers of the promotion from the authorities with their influences.
He demanded absorption on regular basis of daily wagers against available vacancies of technician IV in the department, convene the pending clearance of DPC at all levels, etc.
Among others present were Yash Pal Gupta, president, Sanjeev Bali, working president, Ajaz Qazmi, general secretary, Deepak Tandon, advisor, Manmohan Singh, secretary, Madan Gopal Gupta, senior vice president, etc.
