JAMMU, Sept 3: Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, Shailendra Kumar has rescinded the transfer orders issued by Chief Engineer , R&B Jammu, Ashok Kumar Kiklu who attained superannuation on August 31, 2021.
Official sources said that on the basis of complaints that Chief Engineer, AK Kikloo, a few days before his retirement, transferred some ‘blue eyed’ employees including Head Draftsman Chand Ji Bhat and Surinder Kumar Gupta from R&B Division No. I and Div II Jammu, Principal Secretary R&B, cancelled the transfer orders issued at the fag end of his retirement by Kikloo and directed the officials to immediately report to back to their earlier places of postings.
It was observed that Chief Engineer had issued four orders No. CEJ/ADM/221 on August 25, 2021; CEJ/ADM/229-30 on Aug 27 and CEJ/ADM/236 on Aug 31,2021.
