JAMMU, Dec 4:  350th  `Prakash Ustav’ of  Guru Gobind Singh Ji was organized at MBS College of Engineering and Technology at  Jeewan Nagar, Babliana here.
The  grand religious function  was organised  under the supervision of Mahant Manjit Singh Ji of  Dera Nangali Sahib, Poonch. A large number of  devotees participated in this programme.
The function was organized with cooperation of  Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee and light and sound programme was also  held. On the life and history of 10th Guru,  various Sikh organizations of J&K including Sikh United Front (J&K),  Bhai Kanaya Nishkam Sewa Society (J&K), AISSF, Sikh Welfare Society, Sikh Naujawan Sabha, District Gurdwara Prabandhk Committee Jammu and Sikh Istri Sadar Sabha also participated.
Ragi Parcharak Bhai Jatinder Singh Ragi of  Delhi Gurdwara, Bhai Baldev Singh Bulandpuri Punjab wale  and many leaders  of various political parties including Kavinder Gupta Speaker J&K Legislative  Assembly,  Raman Bhalla  former minister, Ashok Khajuria, MLC BJP,  Rajesh Gupta MLA Jammu East and  Ajay Sadotra former minister attended the function.
Manjit Singh GK, president Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee while addressing the gathering said the Sikhism is spreading in J&K under the religious guide of  Dera Nangali Sahib and appreciated the role of Mahant Manjit Singh Ji in the field of education. He said that many programmes in the country and abroad are being organized to celebrate the 350th the Parkash Utsav of 10th Guru to educate the people to the sacrifices of  great Guru for the sake of religion and country.
Sudershan Singh Wazir, president Sikh United Front J&K and former president  of SGPB said the 10th Guru raise the voice of Indian people against the rulers of that time who used to do cruelty and press the people by dictator attitude and forcibly changing their religion. He appreciated Manjit Singh from  Delhi for organizing many programmes at Lal Qila Delhi, Qutab Minar and on India Gate to educate the people about Sikhsim and history Sikhs.
Mahant Manjit Singh Ji of Dera Nangali Sahib lauded the  role of Manjit Singh GK for his achievements towards the Sikh Community with in and abroad.  He also extended gratitude to the  religious, social, political and Sikh Sangat for their participation in the programme.
Prominent among others who participated in the Samagam  included  Ramnik Singh,  Darbinder Singh,  Fateh Singh, Raja Singh, Surinder Singh Kala, Amrik Siingh, Paramjit Singh, Kulwant Singh, Manmohan Singh and Sukhdev Singh.
