NEW DELHI : President Pranab Mukherjee will pay a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir on September 1 and 2. Mr Mukherjee will attend the 14th convocation at the University of Jammu on Monday and will also inaugurate the Panchi helipad at
Jammu and Shridhar Bhawan elevator at Mata Vishno Devi shrine before flying back to the national capital on September 2, an official spokesman said here today.
