JAMMU, Oct 29: A Pre-Lok Adalat Session for cases under SARFASI ACT pending before High Court was organized by R N Watal, Secretary High Court Legal Services Committee under the chairmanship of Justice Virender Singh, Judge High Court of J&K and Executive Chairman J&K State Legal Services Authority.
In this Pre- Lok Adalat, four benches comprising of Sanjay Gupta, Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Puneet Gupta, Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu, Bala Joyti, Additional District Judge Bank cases and Yash Pal Bourney, 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu were constituted.
The Pre-Lok Adalat Session was held in anticipation of National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 23rd of Nov.2013.
