JAMMU, June 12: To lodge their protest against the PWD and local MLA for not fulfilling their demands from a long time, people and traders of the Digaina area today staged a protest here today.
The protestors led by BJP district president Vikram Singh Randhawa raised slogans against the PWD and MLA’s, both have failed to construct a stretch of road, from Digaina to Preet Nagar. The roads are in such a condition that it has become an accidental prone area and daily people are getting injured due to accidents here.
Many times deputation comprising local people met the authorities but they refused to provide any help in this regard, said Mr. Randhawa.
