JAMMU, May 30: Suhaib Ashraf Allaqabad, chief Prosecuting Officer, PHQ, shall be Presenting Officer, in the departmental inquiry ordered against Varinder Singh, Deputy Superintend of Police, who is under suspension.
An order in this regard was issued today in partial modification of earlier Government order, stating that in the departmental inquiry Suhaib Ashraf shall be the Presenting Officer instead of Virinder Singh, AIG (Personnel) PHQ.
