JAMMU, June 4: President of India has formally appointed Manoj Kumar Dwivedi as Director of Personal and Training Department, Government of India, for a period of five years or until further orders.
A notification in this regard was issued today by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, GoI.
‘Consequent upon his selection for appointment as Director under the Central Staffing Scheme, the President is pleased to appointed Manoj Kumar Dwivedi as Director in Department of Personnel and Training with effect from forenoon of June 4, 2013, says the notification.
