NEW DELHI, Dec 4: President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday paid floral tributes to former President R Venkataraman on his birth anniversary at the Rashtrapati Bhavan here.
Family members of Venkataraman, as well as officers and staff of the President’s Secretariat also paid their homage. (UNI)
