Prices end steady in thin trade

NEW DELHI, Jan 23:  Steady conditions prevailed at the wholesale pulses market today with prices moving in a narrow range in the absence of buying support, settles at previous level.
Traders said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept prices steady.
Following are today’s pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad Rs 9,250-12,050, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 10,300-10,500, Urad best Rs 10,400-11,000, Dhoya Rs 10,800-11,200, Moong Rs 7,200-7,800, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 7,800-8,200, Moong Dhoya local Rs 8,150-8,650 and best quality Rs 8,650-8,850.
Masoor small Rs 5,100-6,100, bold Rs 5,150-6,150, Dal Masoor local Rs 6,250-6,750, best quality Rs 6,350-6,850, Malka local Rs 6,400-6,900, best Rs 6,500-6,900, Moth Rs 5,900-6,300, Arhar Rs 8,700, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 12,000-14,000.
