NEW DELHI, Oct 4: Steady conditions prevailed at the wholesale grains market today with prices moving in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.
Traders said adequate stocks position against restricted buying activity mainly kept prices steady.

Wheat MP (deshi) 2,245-2,445, Wheat dara (for mills) 1,590-1,595, Chakki atta (delivery) 1,595-1,600, Atta Rajdhani (10 kg) 220, Shakti bhog (10 kg) 220, Roller flour mill 855- 865 (50 kg), Maida 915-925 (50 kg) and Sooji 1,090-1,110 (50)kg.
Basmati rice (Lal Quila) 10,400, Shri Lal Mahal 10,000, Super Basmati Rice 9,500, Basmati common new 7,800-8,300, Rice Pusa-(1121)new 6,600-8,300, Permal raw 2,100-2,150, Permal wand 2,250-2,300, Sela 2,650-2,700 and Rice IR-8 1,925-1,975, Bajra 1,200-1,205, Jowar yellow 1,400-1,420, white 2,325-2,525, Maize 1,210-1,215, Barley 1,590-1,595.
