RAJOURI, Apr 18: A team of District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) visited several Government schools of Peeri and Kotranka zones of the district wherein teachers were found absent from duty while record was also not maintained in most of the schools.
Reports said that a team, led by DIET Principal, Pardeep Sharma visited Government Primary School Sora Pani, Government Middle School Mal Rehan, Government Primary School Pati Chak, Government Primary School Majoor, etc.
“Several schools were visited and dereliction of duties was found on the part of school staff after which explanation has been served to the incharges office schools” Principal DIET Rajouri, Pardeep Sharma said adding that in most of the visited schools, only one teacher was found while all rest were on leave.
