SAMBA, Nov 1: SSP, Principal Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur Khalil Ahmad Poswal decorated Raj Kumar with new rank who has been promoted as Head Constable by Armed Police Headquarters J&K in a function organized at PTTI Vijaypur.
Principal PTTI Vijaypur congratulated the promoted official and his family members and stressed upon the official to work with same zeal and zest in future also.
Among others Rajinder Singh Rahi, Vice Principal, Satish Kumar, DySP (Admn/Outdoor), Inspector Anil Sagar (RI/CDI) and Inspector Rattan Singh were present on the occasion.
