Pritam Singh starts lane-drain, tile works

JAMMU, Mar 6: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councillor, Pritam Singh here today inaugurated lane-drain and tile works at New Shanti Nagar in Ward 55.
The work will be completed at a cost of Rs. 4 lakh and the lane and drain of the area were in dilapidated condition since long due to which locals of the area and the passersby were facing a lot of problems while moving through these lanes.
Speaking on the occasion Pritam Singh asked the people of his Ward to cooperate JMC in various development works undertaken within Jammu city.
He urged upon his Ward residents to avoid single use plastic and polythene in routine work and stop throwing debris and garbage in public drains and lanes.
Locals including Onkar Singh Jamwal, Neelam Lata, Mohan Lal, Sham Lal, Manjeet Singh, Jaswant Singh, Nisha Rani, Yashpal, Rohit, Vijay, Vicky and others were also present on the occasion.
