UDHAMPUR, Dec 12: An eye and dental camp was organised by Municipal Councillor, Priti Khajuria at Ladda village with the help of Rotary Eye Hospital in which 300 patients were treated.
Eyes and teeth of people were checked and around 40 cataract patients were selected for surgery on Tuesday December 13, 2022 at Udhampur Rotary Eye Hospital.
Priti said that she met every person who came to the camp and listened to their problems like no road in Ladda-B while there is a Primary Health Center without a doctor.
She said that most of the women of Ladda region were anaemic.
“There is Higher Secondary School in Laddha with 300 students, one Principal, one lecturer, 4 teachers and a peon,” the Councillor said adding that the area also faces power crisis.
Dr. Mansi, Sumeet Khajuria, Umbrash Singh, Ved Parkash and Muneesh Sharma accomplished the medical camp while Gramsewak Khem Raj, Sarpanch Kunj Lal were also present on the occasion.
