Private Schools Association for opening of edu institutions

KATHUA, Jan 31: All the private school owners were asked to make efforts to get 100% vaccination of the students in the age group of 15 to 18 years.
Giving information to the media, Private School Association Kathua , president, Sat Pal Mansotra said that according to the instructions received, every effort would be made to complete the process of vaccination of the students of every private school.
He appealed to the Government that like other states, now the UT of Jammu and Kashmir should also open schools because due to the closure of the schools, the students will have to face the problems in the future. They should take classes in physical form as soon as possible. It is very important for them to carry on the education by sitting in front of their teachers, he added.
He said a meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Kathua with Chief Education Officer PL Thapa and office bearer of Private Schools Association, in which details of vaccination of students between 15 years to 18 years of age were taken. During the meeting, president Sat Paul Mansotra shared the detailed information about the vaccination done in private schools of Kathua district and told that there are some students who are yet to be vaccinated, which will be completed soon by contacting the Medical Department. At the same time, CEO Thapa discussed about the status of students of Government schools. DC, Rahul Yadav clarified that till 100% vaccination is not completed, there can be no possibility of reopening of schools in J&K.
