JAMMU, Sept 19: Under party’s schedule of holding public darbar to meet general public and party activists in order to listen to their grievances and help in solving the same, Minister of State for Education, Information and Culture, Priya Sethi, held public darbar at BJP Headquarters today, wherein a large number of people from different areas of Jammu province and the party activists had reached for direct interaction with the Minister.
Priya Sethi, during her day long sitting at Party headquarters, was apprised of the problems being faced by the people and many such problems were taken up with the concerned authorities on the spot. A number of deputations also called on the Minister.
Priya Sethi, while speaking to the people and the party activists, said that right from the day first, the State’s coalition government is working towards mitigating the sufferings of the people and providing people friendly governance, where the corruption has no place and work culture has been introduced. She said that the people of Jammu province in particular have high hopes from the BJP and its elected representatives.
Priya maintained that BJP is committed towards the people of Jammu and are working towards fulfilling our poll promises which include development, good governance with a focus on reaching the masses at their door steps to serve them in a more effective manner.
“As a Minister in the PDP-BJP coalition Government, I am making sincere efforts to ensure that whatever problems and grievances the people have, are looked into and resolved”, said Priya further assuring that to come up to the expectations of the people is top priority. She said that any one from the general public as well as any party activist can meet her.
