JAMMU, Nov 23: Strongly espousing the cause for ‘political empowerment of Jammu’ as the only solution of social, economic, cultural, employment, political neglect, marginalization and suppression of Jammu, PRM exhorted upon all Jammuites with all range of political class to come closer and get united in the larger interest of Jammu as a whole.
Addressing a meeting of PRM executives held here today, Rajinder Jamwal, president, PRM, categorically stated that time has come when people and representatives of Jammu cutting across their party lines should make an endeavour to at least shun their opposition against each other for ensuring political empowerment of Jammu.
Alleging that there has been cultural invasion and an onslaught on Jammu and Dogras as a part of larger conspiracy, Jamwal sought cooperation of people and leadership of all political parties.
While pleading the cause for political empowerment of Jammu, Jamwal expressed hope that visiting BJP Prime Ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi could envision a road map for political empowerment of Jammu as Jammuites are at high pitch and have greater expectations from Modi, who had already proved his mettle.
