JAMMU, Mar 10: Prof Chaman Lal Gupta, the three-time MP from Doda Lok Sabha constituency, former Union Minister of State for Defence and senior BJP leader, who was yesterday shifted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Government Medical College after he complained of drowsiness and uneasiness, was today shifted to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
According to Medical Superintendent, GMC Jammu, Dr Ravinder Ratanpal, though the condition of the BJP leader was today better than yesterday, but his family members preferred to shift him to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, for further treatment.
He said the former Minister was airlifted to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, this evening at about 4 O’ clock.
Pertinent to mention here that the BJP leader was yesterday shifted to GMCH with complaint of uneasiness, drowsiness and fluctuating blood pressure.
