JAMMU, Aug 21: Prof Rahul Gupta from the Department of Statistics, University of Jammu today joined as Rector Bhaderwah Campus relieving Prof Anil K Raina from Department of Environmental Sciences.
As per the order issued by the Registrar, University of Jammu, Rahul Gupta was appointed as Rector Bhaderwah, relieving Prof Anil Kumar Raina from the additional charge.
Prof Anil Kumar Raina served Bhaderwah Campus for two years. During his tenure, he took many initiatives for the development of the Bhaderwah Campus.
Prof Rahul Gupta has a vast experience in administration. He has served the Department of Statistics as Head of the Department for more than 5 years besides Dean Faculty, Chief Librarian and presently posted as Director, UGC-HRDC, University of Jammu.
Besides Administration, he has a vast experience in the field of Research and Publications.
Estimation and Testing Procedures of the Reliability Functions of Nakagami Distribution, Prediction of Anaemia among children using Machine Learning Algorithms, International Journal of Electronics Engineering, Robust Bayesian Analysis of Moore and International Journal of Health Sciences and Research are the latest publications of Dr Rahul Gupta.
