BJP dedicated to people’s cause: Kavinder

JAMMU, Jan 5: Gearing up organizational activities of party at grass root level, meeting of BJP’s Professional Cell, Senior Citizen Cell and Retired Employees Cell was conducted to take up the party activities and vision of PM Modi led BJP Government on ground concerning development of Jammu and Kashmir.
District Jammu and Jammu South of the party under the leadership of its district presidents, Pramod Kapahi and Rekha Mahajan held the meetings which were mainly addressed by former Cabinet Minister, Sat Sharma (CA). Former Deputy CM, Kavinder Gupta also addressed the meeting of Jammu South district.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that all these three cells have a very important role to build the organization and take the vision of the party amongst the public. He said professionals, senior citizens and retired employees are the important sections of the society and their views hold major significance. He urged the activists present to create teams of the cells up to booth level and stated that it will definitely strengthen the vision of the party at grass root level.
He also asked them to go door to door to spread the pro public policies of the party.
Kavinder Gupta talked about the relevance of such cells and said that in order to cater the support of the more public the teams must be constituted at the earliest so that people’s presence could be more involved in the mission which BJP has chosen to work for the betterment of society. He also stated that BJP is the only party which works for the people and has done a lot for their upliftment.
Pramod Kapahi and Rekha Mahajan also spoke on the working of cells in their respective districts. They also said that the teams will be made as soon as possible in the coming days so that the organizational work can be paced up to grass root level.
Convenors of Cells JD Singh and Mukherjee Sharma also spoke on the occasion.
State secretary, Ayodhya Gupta, former district president, Vinay Gupta, district general secretary, Rajesh Gupta, OP Gupta, KL Sharma and district convenors of cells also addressed the meeting.
