JAMMU, May 4: To celebrate ‘World Laughter Day’ and to promote Duggar Traditional Culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) organised a programme ‘Apun Hassna Duen Hasana’.
The programe was inaugurated by the chief guest, V.K Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity.
Speaking on the occasion the chief guest said that laughter is the easiest and cost-effective solution for physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
“World Laughter Day came into existence in 1998 and it was introduced by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga Movement,” he informed.
The programme ‘Apun Hassna Duen Hasana’ was written, produced and directed by M.L Dogra, Chairman, BLSKS.
Welcoming the dignitaries J.K Raina, Freelance Producer-Director Films, explained aims and objectives of the programme.
The singers, musician, actors and students of Music and Computer Institute who performed in the programme were Usha Handoo, K.K Joshi, M.C Kotwal, Raju Bajgal, Rajni Gupta, Kuldeep Raj and others.
