SRINAGAR, May 25: Director General of Prisons Navin Agarwal, today issued orders of promotions.
Mohammad Mussa, Assistant Superintendent has been promoted as Deputy Superintendent of Jail. Om Parkash-II and Hirdey Chander, Head warders have been promoted as Assistant Superintendents of the Jail.
Besides, 14 S.G. Warders have been promoted as Head Warders.
These promotes are Abdul Majid, Tashi Rabgious, Mohd Ibrahim, Mohd Mussa, Jabeena Wani, Ghulam Rasool Rather, Manzoor Ahmad Sheikh, Abdul Rashid Mir, Ali Mohd Dar, Swarn Singh, Tarseem Lal, Lekh Raj-II, Om Parkash-II and Mohd Ashraf Wani.
Moreover, 19 Jail warders have been promoted as S.G Warders. These are Manmohan Singh, Pawan Kumar, Ram Kumar, Rajinder Singh, Sukhwant Singh, Sohan Singh, Tirath Singh, Alamgir Diang, Atta Mohd Suhail, Shamasdin, Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Mohd Sadiq Khanday, Partap Singh, Krishan Singh, Ayaz Ahmad Sohail, Zakir Iqbal, Hakim Din, Surjeet Kumar, Sansar Chand.
