KATHUA, May 18: Property got damaged in LPG cylinder blast at Mirpur area, falling under the jurisdiction of Rajbagh police station.
As per police sources, LPG cylinder blasted in the shed of a house belonging to Babu Ram, son of Kali Dass of Mirpur.
After hearing the huge sound, locals rushed to the spot and started dousing flames.
Police team from Rajbagh police station also reached the spot and fire tenders were pressed into service. In the incident, the shed and the utensils got damaged.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss of property could not be ascertained yet.
A case in this regard has been registered at Rajbagh police station and investigation started.
