Protest against caste based reservation on Aug 7

JAMMU, July 26: Arakshan Virodhi Manch (AVM) and India Against Reservation (IAR) is organizing one day protest against caste based reservation on August 7 near Exhibition Ground.
This was stated by Ram Paul Seth, president, AVM and Satpaul Sharma, president, IAR during a joint press conference, here today.
Satpaul Sharma said that constitution makers snatched the Fundamental Rights from general category by making some articles and clauses in Constitution of India.
Sharma appealed to general category students, youth their parents, peoples, businessmen, Government employees and farmers to participate in this protest.
Rajni Sharma, member of IAR also appealed to the women to participate in this protest.
Yashpal Senson alleged that constitution has become a play thing in the hands of politicians. He added that elected as well as selected political representatives are enacting laws for their own welfare.
Raj Kumar Banthia, vice president, AVM appealed to the Government for the total abolition of reservation and work for a just social order where everybody gets equal opportunities of progress and prosperity.
Yash Paul and Jagdish Dogra were also present during the press conference.
