SAMBA, Apr 25: The local people led by Congress leader Babal Gupta staged a protest at Vijaypur today against the construction of training institute for Gram Sevaks in BDO Office complex.
The protestors were demanding that no building should be constructed in the premises of BDO Office. The foundation stone of the training centre was laid by Minister of Rural Development Ali Mohammed Sagar a week ago.
Bharat Bushan president Beopar Mandal Vijaypur and Rinka Choudhary another Youth leader also participated in the protest.
