RAJOURI, June 16: The people of Manjakot area of Rajouri, who were facing water scarcity, expressed their anger by holding protest demonstration on Thursday.
The protesters led by Mohammad Farooq, local prominent social activist raised slogans against the Jal Shakti Department. He demanded that the water scarcity problem should be resolved soon.
The protesters appealed to the Lieutenant Governor and the DC Rajouri that they should direct the concerned department to complete the bore well work at the earliest so that the problem could be resolved.
