JAMMU, Dec 6: Demanding the construction of an indoor stadium at Bhagwati Nagar, Young Panthers (YP) here today under the leadership of Tarseem Singh, District YP President staged a protest demonstration.
The protesters said that land allotted for the indoor stadium at Bhagwati Nagar has become a filthy place where garbage of adjacent areas is dumped.
Leader of the protest said that land for the indoor stadium was earmarked in the year 2014 and Jammu Development Authority has also allotted land for the purpose but there was a lackadaisical attitude of the Government towards this.
