Protest on Jan 1 for restoration of OPS

JAMMU, Dec 11: All India Pension Restoration United Front (AIPRUF) and National Old Pension Restoration United Front (NOPRUF) have announced joint protest on January 1, 2023 for the demand of restoration of Old Pension Scheme (OPS).
Addressing a joint press conference here today, AIPRUF and NOPRUF demanded restoration of OPS in favour of teachers, employees and officers of J&K appointed after January 1, 2010.
National convener AIPRUF /UT president JKTA Bhupinder Singh and UT president NOPRUF, Gulzabir Daing said: “We all are one on the issue of OPS and will fight for it till the restoration of OPS.”
Leaders of AIPRUF and NOPRUF announced joint protest on January 1, 2023 and informed that on December 26 and 27 there will be social media campaign from the offices to aware the employees about restoration of OPS.
Leaders of AIPRUF/NOPRUF appealed employees to unite under the umbrella of AIPRUF and NOPRUF so that they can get back right and justice with all can be delivered.
Those who were present in the press conference were Tirth Singh Balwal, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Ompkar Singh Parihar and others.
