MENDHAR, July 6: The people from Balakote area including large number of youth held protest near Bhimber Gali area in district Poonch today.
The protesting people alleged that there was very poor Mobile phone service not only of BSNL but some other service providers as well. They alleged that concerned authorities did not take this issue seriously while the Cell phone customers are forced to pay hefty bills. They alleged that areas like Dhar Galoon, Sarula, Sandhot, Panjni etc are the worst sufferers.
They further said that a new Tower is being raised by a company near BG while it needs to be erected in Dhar Galoon area for better connectivity. Later, Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar Balakote reached there and pacified the agitating people.
