JAMMU, Oct 23: JKPCC vice president Hari Singh Chib today asserted that the people’s problems have increased manifold in the absence of popular government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing a public meeting in Ward No. 59, Jammu North Assembly segment, the senior Congress leader expressed his deep dissatisfaction with the performance of the BJP Government at the Centre, stating that the people’s miseries have multiplied in the absence of a popular government in Jammu and Kashmir. He pointed out that there have been no genuine advocates for the concerns of the region and asserted that the BJP has failed to live up to the expectations of the people.
Uday Bhanu Chib, former State president of Youth Congress and Som Nath Sharma, president of BCC Pata Paloura were also present.
Uday Chib, in his address, voiced concern over the adverse impact of anti-youth policies adopted by the present regime, including recruitment scams that have left the future of Jammu and Kashmir’s youth in jeopardy. He called on the people to rally behind Rahul Gandhi for the equitable development of the Jammu and Kashmir.
The participants resonated with the message of strengthening the hands of Rahul Gandhi to ensure a brighter future of the region.
