Pulses prices flat in thin trade

NEW DELHI, July 4:Wholesale prices of pulses moved in a narrow range before settling at previous levels due to lack of any worthwhile activity.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against restricted buying activity mainly kept prices steady.
Following are today’s pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad Rs 7,700-8,100, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 8,500-8,700, urad best Rs 8,700-9,300, Dhoya Rs 9,100-9,400, Moong Rs 6,600-7,300, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 7,400-7,900, Moong Dhoya local Rs 7,400-7,700 and best quality Rs 8,200-8,300.
Masoor small Rs 6,550-6,650, bold Rs 6,550-6,750, Dal Masoor local Rs 7,600-7,700, best quality Rs 7,700-7,800, Malka local Rs 7,700-8,050, best Rs 7,800-8,100, Moth Rs 5,500-5,800, Arhar Rs 7,000-7,150, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 8,400-8,600.
