Pulses remain flat in thin trade

NEW DELHI, Oct 8:  There was not much activity at the wholesale pulses market in the national capital today with prices moving in a tight range on scattered deals, settled at last levels.
Traders said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept prices unaltered.
Following are today’s pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad Rs 7,500-9,100, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 8,000-8,100, Urad best Rs 8,100-8,600, Dhoya Rs 8,500-8,800, Moong Rs 5,400-6,000, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 5,900-6,200, Moong Dhoya local Rs 6,500-7,000 and best quality Rs 7,000-7,200.
Masoor small Rs 5,600-5,800, bold Rs 5,650-5,850, Dal Masoor local Rs 6,050-6,550, best quality Rs 6,150-6,650, Malka local Rs 6,500-7,000, best Rs 6,600-7,100, Moth Rs 4,200-4,500, Arhar Rs 7,300, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 9,300-11,100.
