JAMMU, Feb 10: Jammu and Kashmir BJP Health and Medical Cell convenor Puneet Mahajan met CEO, Ayushman Bharat, Jammu and Kashmir, Sanjiv M Gadkar here and raised various issues of the public importance, on Friday.
As per a statement, Mahajan pressed for starting central flagship scheme PMJAY Ayushman Bharat Sehat at Government Maternity Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
He also projected several demands of the public and issues pertaining to the Ayushman Bharat Golden Cards, CRT, Approvals and many more.
“Due to non-provision of PMJAY Ayushman Bharat Sehat Scheme at Government Maternity 200-bedded hospital, Gandhi Nagar, the poor people are facing a lot of inconvenience in availing the benefits of the scheme,” Puneet told the CEO Ayushman Bharat, Jammu and Kashmir.
The press statement said that the CEO told Puneet Mahajan that the department is making every possible effort to get cent percent registration of the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir under the central flagship scheme.
He also appreciated Puneet for highlighting the public issues.
