SRINAGAR:Describing the terrorist attack in Punjab today as similar to Jammu attacks, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah questioned the protection of security forces who were engaged in the operation.
In a tweet the working president of the main opposition party in Jammu and Kashmir, National Conference (NC) said, “Will be very interested to see what emerges about the identity of the terrorists involved in the Gurdaspur attack this morning.
Mr Abdullah further said, “The timing of the attack, methodology & location are all eerily similar to attacks in the border belt of Jammu”.
“Where the heck are the bulletproof jackets & helmets their knees are better protected than their heads & chests!!!!”, he said. (AGENCIES)
