JAMMU, Apr 24: The State Government today ordered transfers and postings of five Private Secretaries besides placement of a Senior Stenographer as Private Secretary on stop-gap arrangement.
Mohammad Latif Bhat, Private Secretary with the Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Chairman, J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority, vice Mr Harvinder Singh who is transferred and posted as Pvt Secretary with Director, Horticulture, Jammu against an available vacancy.
Rakesh Kumar, Private Secretary with the Principal Secretary Finance Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Principal, GMC Jammu, against an available vacancy while Sham Lal Abrol, Private Secretary, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, is posted as Private Secretary with Principal Secretary Finance Department, vice Rakesh Kumar.
According to a separate order, the Government accorded sanction for the placement of Bashir Ahmad Reshi, Senior Stenographer of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service, as Private Secretary.
He is posted as Pvt Secretary with Principal Secretary Home Department vice Nusrat Shaheen, who has been transferred and posted as Private Secretary in the Personal Section of Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department.
